Big and Old

Main Fire Trail  Old Farm

This was the first time back to the site near Old Farm Road beside the Main Fire Trail since April 2017 and the previously cut piles could be seen were rotting away.  We continued downslope and made quite a satisfying impression on the thick and mostly old bushes. The Erica (Spanish heath) was profusely flowering making it easy to spot.

Much more remains and our next working day in the City of Hobart area will be scheduled here.
