Misty at Goat Hills
Tuesday 6 July 2021
The weather prediction was early showers and all was expected to be gone by daybreak, however it only stopped drizzling just before our meeting time. It became heavy as we prepared to drive up the firetrail and almost caused an abandonment of the work. Fortunately it improved and allowed us to clear all the small Spanish Heath we could find above the firetrail and then managed most of a patch below the trail. At times a bit of sun broke through, but at others mist rolled through making it quite dull.
