In an attempt to find out if weekend working bees might attract people on the mailing list who couldn’t easily attend the regular Tuesday events, we tried this Saturday one. It was also publicised by council to local residents, and apart from them there were not many new people.

Most of the work done was on removing regenerating Spanish Heath plus a patch of Foxglove and a spot where old Spanish Heath had previously been overlooked.
